They're crafted from 16-gauge steel with precision, laser-cut, 3/8 in. thick flanges. A weld bead is built up and uniformly ground around exhaust ports and bolt holes to such a precise thickness, all that's needed is a bead of Permatex Ultra Black gasket maker silicone.
