Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates based on information provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting a guaranteed service such as FedEx Overnight or 2 Day (not Ground or Home Delivery), or USPS Priority Mail Express. Other services provide estimated delivery times only, with no carrier guarantee. Shipping charges are not refunded if delivery occurs outside the estimated window unless you selected a guaranteed service.

From time to time we may offer free shipping on certain orders or promotions. In those cases we select the carrier and service level, which is typically an economy or equivalent service.
