Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

Most products sold by FastCatalog.com are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is the sole remedy for any defect or failure of those products. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions to activate your warranty. Some manufacturers require product registration.

For products not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, FastCatalog.com provides a limited 30-day warranty from the date you receive the item, covering defects in workmanship or material. If a defective part cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund. The following conditions apply:

  • The product must have a genuine defect in workmanship or material. Normal wear and tear, environmental damage (rain, snow, hail, salt), accidents, and damage caused by other failing parts are not covered.
  • Parts showing damage from incorrect installation, abuse, misuse, improper repair, or modification are not covered.
  • All claims are subject to the General Limitations below.
  • To start a warranty claim, contact us at support@fastcatalog.com with your order number.

General Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • We do not cover labor costs or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use, towing, rental, or related expenses.
  • Approved warranty returns ship on a prepaid label we provide.
  • Claims require the original sales invoice and an RMA number marked on the shipping box; items sent without them cannot be accepted.
  • Lost or stolen packages are not covered and must be claimed directly with the carrier.
