Refund policy
Any item purchased from FastCatalog.com, except for those specified as non-returnable, must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include all original items and components.
How to start a return: Log in to your account, open your order, and select “Request return,” or contact us at support@fastcatalog.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued for approved returns, along with return instructions and a label where applicable. Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts reported after 30 calendar days, regardless of fault. Fast Catalog LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages; such claims must be handled through the shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: semi-universal catalytic converters, service manuals (unless sealed), special-order products, consumables, custom-made items, painted parts, modified parts, and opened or unsealed electrical components.
Items marked as final sale are also non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange. You can view current final sale products in our Final Sale Items collection. Any product identified as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Return Shipping & Restocking
We do not cover return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Core Returns
Your purchase may include a core charge, which is a deposit for the recyclable component of the part. If your old core is in reusable condition, contact us for an RMA number and return instructions. Return the core in the same box as your replacement part, with the original receipt, within 30 days to receive your core charge refund.
Cancellations
We strive to accommodate order cancellations if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. If cancellation is not possible, you may return the product per this policy.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. FAST CATALOG LLC DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF LABOR, MECHANIC FEES, TOWING EXPENSES, REPAIR COSTS, RENTAL CAR EXPENSES, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL COSTS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF PARTS, WHETHER DEFECTIVE OR SHIPPED IN ERROR.
