Shipping Times
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates based upon information provided by the shipping carriers. If you need expedited shipping to meet specific delivery times, we strongly recommend selecting a guaranteed service like Fedex Overnight/2 Day service (not Ground or Home Delivery), or USPS Priority Mail Express.
Other options do not have delivery guarantees from the carriers, they are only estimates of delivery time from our location. Your shipping cost will not be refunded if the delivery is made outside the estimated delivery times unless you select a guaranteed service.
We may at times offer Free Shipping for certain orders or promotions. We choose the shipping carrier and service level for this and typically it is economy shipping or equivalent.
Price Match Guarantee
At FastCatalog.com, we’re dedicated to ensuring you get the best value on the parts you need, every time.
Pre-Purchase Price Match: If you spot a lower price for the same product (including shipping and handling) from a competitor, simply let us know. We’ll verify the competitor’s price and either match or beat it right away.
Post-Purchase Price Adjustment: If you’ve purchased a product from FastCatalog.com within the last 30 days and find a lower price elsewhere, let us know. We’ll check the competitor’s price and provide a credit for the difference.
Here’s How It Works:
- Find: Search for your in-stock product on FastCatalog.com and locate the exact same item (brand, size, manufacturer part number) at a lower price from a competitor.
- Notify: Notify us of your Price Match Request with details about the product, competitor’s offer, and your contact information.
- Verify: Our team will review the information to ensure it meets our policy. We’ll then get in touch to either match or beat the competitor’s price on the spot.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on eligible items in their original condition. Some items, including final sale products, are non-returnable. You can start a return from your account, and we will issue an RMA and return instructions for approved returns. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of inspection.

Warranty
Many products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For items without one, FastCatalog.com offers a limited 30-day warranty against defects in workmanship or material. Warranty claims require the original sales invoice and an RMA number, and are limited to the original purchaser.
