Shipping Times
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates based upon information provided by the shipping carriers. If you need expedited shipping to meet specific delivery times, we strongly recommend selecting a guaranteed service like Fedex Overnight/2 Day service (not Ground or Home Delivery), or USPS Priority Mail Express.
Other options do not have delivery guarantees from the carriers, they are only estimates of delivery time from our location. Your shipping cost will not be refunded if the delivery is made outside the estimated delivery times unless you select a guaranteed service.
We may at times offer Free Shipping for certain orders or promotions. We choose the shipping carrier and service level for this and typically it is economy shipping or equivalent.

Pre-Purchase Price Match: If you spot a lower price for the same product (including shipping and handling) from a competitor, simply let us know. We’ll verify the competitor’s price and either match or beat it right away.
Post-Purchase Price Adjustment: If you’ve purchased a product from FastCatalog.com within the last 30 days and find a lower price elsewhere, let us know. We’ll check the competitor’s price and provide a credit for the difference.

- Find: Search for your in-stock product on FastCatalog.com and locate the exact same item (brand, size, manufacturer part number) at a lower price from a competitor.
- Notify: Notify us of your Price Match Request with details about the product, competitor’s offer, and your contact information.
- Verify: Our team will review the information to ensure it meets our policy. We’ll then get in touch to either match or beat the competitor’s price on the spot.
60 Day Return Policy

Any item purchased from FastCatalog.com, except for those specified as non-returnable, must be returned within 60 days of purchase. All returns must include all original items and components.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all packages for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer service team for assistance with processing a return for replacement or refund. Please note, we are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts reported after 60 calendar days, regardless of fault. Additionally, FastCatalog.com is not liable for lost or stolen packages; such claims must be handled through the shipping company.

DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF LABOR, MECHANIC FEES, TOWING EXPENSES, REPAIR COSTS, RENTAL CAR EXPENSES, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL COSTS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF PARTS PROVIDED BY FASTCATALOG.COM, INC., WHETHER THE PARTS ARE DEFECTIVE OR SHIPPED IN ERROR.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: semi-universal catalytic converters, service manuals (unless sealed), special-order products, consumables, custom-made items, painted parts, modified parts, and opened or unsealed electrical components.
Freight Charges
We do not cover return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
Core Returns
Your purchase may include a core charge, which is a deposit for the recyclable component of the part. If your old core is in reusable condition, contact our team for an RMA number and return instructions. Return the core using the same box as your replacement part, along with the original receipt, within 60 days to receive your core charge refund.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to accommodate order cancellations if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. If cancellation is not possible, you may return the product as per our return policy.

Limited Warranty
Products Covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty is the sole remedy for any defects or failures of covered products. Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions to activate and benefit from the warranty. Some manufacturers may require product registration. We disclaim any other express or implied warranties beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.
Products Not Covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty
For products not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we offer a limited 60-day warranty from the date of receipt for defects. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts; if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued. The following conditions apply:
- The product must have a defect in workmanship or material. Normal wear and tear, damage from environmental conditions (rain, snow, hail, salt), accidents, or damage caused by other faulty parts are not covered.
- Products must not show damage from incorrect installation. Damage due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs, or modifications is not covered.
- All warranty claims must adhere to the General Warranty Limitations below.
- For warranty issues, contact our Warranty Team. Have your order number ready for prompt service.
General Warranty Limitations (Applies to All Product Warranties)
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Our liability does not exceed the original sale amount.
- Warranties do not cover labor costs or incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including injuries, property damage, loss of time, vehicle use, inconvenience, air freight, rental vehicle, towing charges, or accommodations.
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided for warranty returns.
- All warranty claims require the original sales invoice and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number written on the shipping box. Items without an invoice or RMA number will not be accepted. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.
- Lost or stolen packages are not covered. The customer must file claims with the shipping company directly.
- Each warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects or failures and represents our total liability. We do not provide additional warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated. Some states may not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so this information may not apply to you. You may have other rights, which vary by state. We do not authorize modifications to these terms. If any part of this warranty is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Remedies under this policy are exclusive to the customer, as permitted by local law.

How It Works
Step 1: Purchase the Part
Log in to your FastCatalog.com account and purchase the part you need. If you don’t have an account, create one to be eligible. Products purchased on or after February 17, 2022, are covered under the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. (See The Fine Print for exclusions.)
Step 2: Use It with Confidence
Install the part on your vehicle and enjoy your drive. Our products are designed to perform, whether you're on a cross-country road trip or just commuting daily. When it’s time to replace the part, we make the process straightforward.
Step 3: Replace or Refund
To Claim Your Replacement:
- Log in or create a FastCatalog.com account.
- Purchase your replacement part.
- File a claim through our Returns Center.
- Ship the original part back to us.
- After inspection, we’ll issue a refund.

The Fine Print
- The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from FastCatalog.com.
- Replaced parts undergo thorough inspection. If they were not originally purchased from FastCatalog.com, they will not be accepted for replacement, and you will incur shipping or disposal charges.
- To qualify, you must file your replacement claim and have the original part postmarked within 60 days of placing your new order. Claims are only accepted for parts that match the original purchase (same SKU).
- Refunds will be issued based on the original price paid, excluding tax, shipping, and handling. Upgrades or return shipping costs are not covered.
- Lifetime Replacement does not apply to parts purchased before February 17, 2022, custom-made products, or empty containers that cannot be returned, such as aerosols, fluids, liquid gaskets, and additives.
